How much muscle can I gain???????

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone knew roughly how much weight i can gain in muscle over the summer. i started working out at the beginning of april, and weighed about 150Lbs then (im 5,10). I want to bulk up before the start of next seasons rugby starts (september). does anyone have any rough ideas on how much i can gain, thanks.

Sounds like a reasonable guess, their's no telling unless you just do it. You could be a genetic freak and gain 20lbs of lean mass, so get your ass out there and lift!
 
as in position, i play openside flanker most of the time. Got told yesterday that im getting a county trial at the beginning of next season, so im exstatic, but got to knuckle down in the gym....!!
