I am 150cms tall and currently weigh 69.8kgs and wear 12-14 top and 14 bottom (with a whole lot of hemming)even Miss Petites is made for women taller than me - my goal weight is 48kgs because of my height.

I'm 164cm and weigh 66.6kg's and I am in a 12 both top and bottom, however the bottoms are loose and I fit in some size 10's.

I'm 165cm tall and currently weigh 84.5kg. I fit into mainly size 14's, with some size 16 pants, and some size 12 tops! I'm a pear!!

Hi di78

I haven't weighed yet (do that at 4 weeks) but i was 80kg a week ago and my height 5'7.
My top half takes 14-16 and bottom is 14.

I am hoping to get back into my 10's. My wardrobe ranges form 16 - 10's, I used to have 8's many moons agao but i gave them to my neice.

I wouldn't wear anything now that was too showy even when I do lose the weight.

Well I shouldn't have weighed myself but couldn't help it. I weigh 69.4kgs and am 157cms tall. My goal weight is between 54kgs and 57kgs. I'm wearing size 14 and have an hour glass figure but my waist was starting to get thicker.

Losing, I can't wear 3/4 length pants as they are too long on me and need to be tailored lol

Hey everyone!
Im 176cm tall and last weigh in i was 89.7kg (start weight 99.7)
I wear 16 top and 16-18 bottoms..even though ive lost 10 kilo i still fit my clothes as i think i was pushing out the other ends of those sizes so im really looking forward to seeing some major baggage in my clothes and hoping to get a final result of size 10 :)

Hi

I am 163cm tall and currently weigh 86kgs. I am not really aiming for any particular size (yes I am.....SMALL). I only really have small goals at the moment (one of them is to try and catch up on these forums more often). They are very inspiring but I don't have a computer at home and only get a chance to do this at work when it is not too busy or at lunch time. I know it seems strange that I don't have a pc at home but I work in IT and the last thing I want to do when I get home is look at another computer.

Keep up the good work everyone.

LOL

Hi
I'm also 163cm and am currently 88.4 (28kg in fifteen weeks) and an hourglass shape. Have only bought new trousers for work and they were an 18 but already way too baggy so I'm not sure what I'd fit into. I am still wearing a 20-22 top because my arms are not shrinking like the rest of me. Have asked for vouchers for Christmas so I can start shopping at the sales!

Hi all,

I am 165.5cm tall (the .5 is important) and as of today weigh 78.1kg. I fit into size 12-14 (medium) tops, and generally size 14-16 in bottoms. But just discovered today that I fit into a pair of size 12 jeans that I used to have when I was in Gr. 10! Woohoohoohoo!!!! They are those Tencil jeans that used to be popular back then. No muffin top or anything! Very exciting!

Anyway, just thought I'd share LOL!:D

Cheers,
Linda

OH - and I was an hourglass, but since having a baby the sands have shifted and I'm now a pear :( But I guess he's worth it

Well, I'm 155cm (5'2" old scale) and started at 104.8kg, have always had an hourglass figure and still do now. Currently weigh 76.9kg with a goal of 54-57kg. Wearing 16-14, but my work shirt is still an 18, only cos I can't get a smaller fit as we are getting new uniforms in the new year. Have managed to get a hold of some smaller work pants tho, size 14. YES! don't have a particular size in mind, just want to be able to shop anywhere, except for the larger size stores.
Losing bought crop pants a few weeks back and they fit like regular length,(sigh) never mind.

I am 175cm (5ft 8") and have just hit 69kg :D (Dr Cohen's goal weight for me is 66-69kgs)

I am now wearing my new size 12 jeans - I am so happy! and the new belt that I bought on Thursday needs another hole in it!:)

I have even bought a new size 12 tankini - even thought I haven't been game enough to wear it yet!

And I am just into the lovely summer tops in a size 12 - after having my little girls the boobs were quite large (sorry LessFatty:eek:) and it is now great ot be able to wear nice things!

I started at 82kg's and fitting in a size 16 in most things!:(

I am very happy at where I am sitting at the moment and am not sure that I want to lose the extra kg's

Everyone is doing so well - Congratulations!!!!:)

Janine:)

Hello Janine

How wonderful to be at your recommended weight, wahhhoooo to you.. I can't wait till i'm at my goal weight, I fully got ear bashed by my family over xmas saying that i was been unrealistic and that dr cohen has no idea what he's on about cause i will become sick and look way to thin at that weight, gee's i was very upset and ate a fair amount of cake and goodies, not cause of that, cause of xmas really. but i can't believe that people can say that i will look to thin when they have never seen me at that weight, I have no idea what i'll look like but there is a serious amount of visalble fat on me so i think they must be jealous or something, sorry about the rant. i needed it really, have been stewing over it for a while now. i think people a mean and cause they can't do something they think you shouldn't either, very dissapointing. any way congrats again janine what a top effort,

di

Hi Di!

I know EXACTLY what you mean!:)

I lost count of how many times I heard "That's enough now" over the weekend and most of it is now coming from Hubby  (who I must add has lost 16kg by just 1/4 following (very) loosely the idea of Dr Cohen's plan! )

I must admit when I saw that my ideal weight was 66-69kg, I thought how the hell am I going to manage that - how unrealistic! but to my surprise I am nearly there and I certainly don't think that I am looking scrawny!!!

I will try and put up a photo - and you tell me what you think!

:) Janine

herm congratulations on your achievement. By the way, the photo is wonderful. Not at all scrawny, just healthy and slim.
Di I think people do become quite jealous of our success and worry about being left behind. There are so many ways to sabotage ourselves, and being around negative thinking is a major cause of many of us failing. Whilst it is our choice to deviate, the negative influences that many of us have grown up with will always have an effect on our behaviour and thinking. Recognising this is a huge part of our 'recovery' so that we can be the slim person that we know is lurking inside.

Hey there janinie your pic looks awesome, not at all scrawny, you look fabulous. I'm finding it hard to imagine what i'm going to look like but i'm definately not giving up,

hey lonniecee
Your right about the other people feeling left behind... I think i've got so many now trying to sabatoage me, but in a way it makes me so much more determined to stay on track and get to my goal (not that I ate well over xmas but I am back on track now)

I'm glad to see that everyone is still participating in the height weight and size, it's so interesting to see isn't it.

Happy new year to all
di
