How long will it take?

Hi all I'm 15 year old, 5"3 and around 120 pounds.
Just one question I would like to ask:

How long will it take me to reduce my current 30 inch belly to
a) a flat abdomen
b) caved in and abs muscles showing

if I do the following:

5x20 crunches a day, 5 days a week
cardio 3 times a week

How long will it take me to reduce my current 30 inch belly to

My diet is pretty normal. No junk food, very little soda (isotonic drinks).

Weeks? Months? I really hope to see some results. Is it too much? Or too little? I would really appreciate any advice.

BTW, other than abs and cardio I lifght weights for other parts of the body weekly too.
 
It all depends on your diet and how hard you work for it. Can't give you a timeline because everyone is different. Its mostly is your diet though, not your workouts. So you may want to post a detailed example of your diet
 
My diet? hmm
I spend most of my time in school.
so usually mondays to fridays I eat bread and sandwiches and youghurt drink
at around 9am-10am I usually have a sandwich and a packet of milo
and noon another sandwich. At around 3pm-4pm when I get home it'll be some biscuits. and until around 8pm I have dinner. thats all i guess

My BF% is around 16%.
 
I would only suggest that you try to cut back on some of that bread. And make sure what you do eat is whole grain.

Instead of one of those sandwiches, try a couple of hard boiled eggs and an apple. And instead of the biscuit, try another piece of fruit and some reduced fat cottage cheese or a protein shake.
 
yeah, your short... But I have the same BF% at 6'4"... I am also 120 heavier then you...
I WISH I had a 30 in waiste, lol, mine is 38...

Just keep up a healthy diet and work those abs and hit the cardio hard! Maybe by summer you'll be good...
