The video I have (for the beginners portion) seems to go by so quickly, like maybe 20 min. Is that enough to see results? I'm trying to do it every day, but I'm wondering if I should try to do 40 min in one sitting, or just do it 20 min twice a day. I am eager to see some results! I don't think it's difficult at all, and I'm not feeling overly exerted. Granted, I'm still working on my form, but I want to feel more of a burn so I know it's working. Please tell me how long your Pilates workouts are, and how often you do them. Thanks!
