I slipped on the ice yesterday and really wrench up my back big time. Tried to do my weights today and the pain gets almost unbearable. Got a appointment with the doctor for friday and was wondering how long does it take to lose muscle if I had to stop lifting for a while? I can still do a small bit of cardio with a little resistance but don't know if this is the same as lifting? Thanks..m
