Ive been trying to lose weight for a while now but with all the efforts I made, it seems to have no impact. Would it be because of my sleeping habit? Because with my work I usually sleep at 5am.
definitely its about sleeping habit itself. As one will be fit when he/she wake's up at that time i mean 5 am and your're quite opposite to that change you sleeping habits as your metabolism works up on the climatic change as gradually the day grows up your metabolism will go slowly down.Ive been trying to lose weight for a while now but with all the efforts I made, it seems to have no impact.
