I feel great when I get extra cardio. I feel like a weight has been lifted from my chest and I can breath! How important is cardio though? What's the fastest way to get my refreshing break but not run for a long time.
feather, if thats you in your profile, you look skinny enough to not really need too much cardio, only enough to keep your heart healthy. Keep up the light weight training though.
I like cardio to help me breath but not run forever. What is HIIT? I think I know what it is. Isn't it like run, then go faster for a minute, then slow down, fast and keep building up and slow down again? Isn't it in the body for life program?
