So I did the calculations and it says I'm supposed to eat 3000 calories a day. Thing is, I barely hit 2/3 of that amount, yet I get over 1 g of protein per body weight and enough carbs and fat. Moreover, I am not little and skinny. I have gone up in size and tightened my stomach.
So my question is, does it really matter that I dont have enough calories in my system? is calorie counting bulls.h.i.t?
