Hi All,
My name is Kristin Blenguth and I am writing this because I know that there are many other people out there suffering from the same problem I no longer have to deal with. WEIGHT LOSS! It's not easy, it sucks, it takes forever (if you let it), and it's all in all just a difficult process.
That's me in the pics, I know it's not a huge loss of weight, but, it's permanent, it's staying off, and it took me less than 2 months to lose 77 lbs without risking my health or making any drastic changes in my diet.
If you're thinking about using any product out on the market that promotes instant weight loss, weight loss pills, or the idea to lose weight by some sort of magic juice, I'm extremely relieved that you've found my blog because not only will my story shock you, it'll almost certainly save your health, your money as well as a lot of time and heart ache.
HERES MY STORY...
I've always had to deal with a bit of a weight problem, heck, everyone in my family is overweight and I figured it just ran in my genes. Well, for a while, I didn't even bother trying anything to lose weight, just runs in the family genes right?, why bother. After a while, I decided, why not try some of those over-the-counter diet pills... Well, needless to say, I didn't feel good, lost weight but lost energy as well, looked unhealthy and worst of all, I couldn't sleep. Okay, so, the pills didn't work.
WHAT TO DO?
I afterwards tried some well known diet programs like Jenny Craig, Atkins, Lose weight now and I came to find out that months into paying big money for these programs I had only lost a few pounds a week. All at the same time, I'm not even getting the proper nutrition with these meals that I was receiving.
I weighed 252 pounds. Today, I weigh 175 with 37 pounds to go to get to my goal weight of 138. I did it all with the last “weight loss program” I will ever try. After feeling like a lab rat in experimentation of the only working weight loss program, I have to say, I'VE FOUND IT!!! And at that, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I'm not going to lie, it isn’t easy to take in what you learn, but if you have the will power and determination, well, it's a rather excellent turnout.
A few tips and a walk in the life of Kristin:
I’ve learned that if you don’t have the high calorie food in the house, chances are that you’re not going to drive to the local convenience store at 9 pm to pick up the bag of chips or pint of ice cream.
My daily calorie intake averages 1200. I have cereal and fruit for breakfast. Low calorie snacks for that “afternoon pick me up” and fish, chicken or pork for dinner. I limit my carbs and avoid breads (my weakness). Do I indulge???? Of course! I LOVE dark chocolate – but limit myself to two small miniature pieces three times a week – not a large serving and certainly not every night.
My exercise routine is simple. I walk everyday. And now that I enjoy clothes shopping, when I go to the mall, I park at the opposite end of my favorite department store which means that I have to walk the full mall to get back to my car. I also have a house cleaning schedule that includes cleaning a single room every day (with Sunday’s off to enjoy my Sunday paper) and I play music so I can dance while I clean. Nothing better than listening to the Eagles!!!!!!
I feel great – and people tell me that I look great!
I DID IT – you can too.
Sincerely wishing you luck in your effort towards achieving a healthy life,

Not sure if I am allowed to post links here or not, but I have set up a site with this same story and more information on the program I used. Check it out if your are interested.
