Ok so I'm thrilled but also a little taken aback by what the scale had to tell me this morning.
History, A portion eater....was eating waaayyy too much. 3-4 extra large meals a day - next to no physical activity.
Current, Small to normal sized portions have been to the gym 3 out of 4 days this week for 1.5-2hr/visit. Drinking lots of water.
Weighed myself 7 times 4 days ago....aghast and had to repeat to see if it was right!! Weighed myself today....3 days earlier than I said I would to see if there was any change....vowed not to beat myself up if there was no change yet....elated to see that I'm 8lbs down in 4 days....
I know that weight usually comes off quicker in the beginning and those who lose it slower have a better chance of keeping it off but I don't think that I'm doing anything outside of what I can manage as a permanent change....I guess what I'm looking for is for someone else to tell me this is ok.....
