How Fast Can I Get Fit For Rugby Tour Not Long 'TIl Tour, Recovering from Knee Injury

Hi
I'm new to this forum so would just like to say a hello to everyone reading this

Anyway back to my question. Due to fitting in some big exams and recovering from a knee injury, I have been very inactive since late Feb. I have around 5weeks between when I can start training and when I can go on tour. I am completely free however for this 5weeks and can dedicate a solid couple of hours a day!

My questions:

- How frequently shall I train ?(I have no time constraints)
- How much can I improve fitness from my current unfit state ( I have previously been very fit before)
- Best method? I'm thinking spinning as I really enjoy it, the intensity is similar to rugby, however Rugby is obviously a rugby sport not a cycling sport!? any comments?
- Is it worth doing any strength as I only have 35days to improve?
- Any tips especially regarding rugby, losing bodyfat ( Wanna look good on the Aussie beaches )

NB
I'm already pretty clued up on nutrition, I know this will be 90% of the task
Losing a high amount of bodyfat would be nice (i put a lot on in these couple of months)
I will find it hard to do any plrometic exercise etc seeing as I am recovering from a knee ligament tear

Thanks for all your help
John
