How far can i go with 2 weeks?

Given i start a clean diet.. and do more cardio (i dont do cardio).. how far can my body go in terms of leaning out in a 2 week span??

to start with i have probly around 17% BF. visually my abs are far from showin but i don have a big belly.. i have 30in waist..

i have been working out for around 2 years.. and my most receently i have been into the 5x5 program (for a little less than 2 months now).. squats,military press, deadlifts and rows.

I know leaning out takes longer that is why i m just asking how far it would take me theoretically.. thanks
 
Not far. Do 5x5, add your 2.5kg every time, and look proudly backwards in 6 months time
