Today is Saturday...ok so here we go:
cereal and milk
sandwiches as usual
yogurt
snacks today: 2 string cheese (mozarrella sp?), 2 apples, pear, nectarine, gum
I know I had a lot of snacks today but dinner was appetizer style at a party so had small portion and came home hungry...Didn't want to have another dinner so had some of the above snacks...
The food there: meatballs (2), 2 strips of catfish (didn't eat all of it b/c not huge fan of fried stuff), one roll, and little slice of meat (chicken? not sure)
Came home and made myself salad too (just lemon, salt, pepper, and mint on top...don't like creams and stuff) lol
Sometimes the hassle of eating out sucks. I mean I would rather have enjoyed a nice meal at the house where I knew the healthiness of what I was eating (and it prob. would have tasted better too lol) as opposed to guessing how many calories were in this particular thing or that...u know? But I have to be realistic I guess...and besides company makes for better memories than do numbers. I am happy that I did my exercise today. All in all, I did well today I think...
