How do I know if Im overtraining? For details on what my routine and diet is check out my log. When im not doing soo many routines, i lift heavy... I lift my max weight... I usually do 5 or 8 reps with this weight... Ocasionally, I've reached failure, and im unable to do another rep... Does this mean I've overtrained? Should I lower the weight? Its a comfortable weight but it makes me work for it... Its usually my last 1-2 reps that I feel like i cant go any more... But the other day im fine, and next workout day im still strong and can lift even more! So... How do I know if I've overtrained? What are the negative effects of overtraining?
