How do you get a really defined lower chest?

Hey guys, i'm new to the forums.

I have been working out for about 2 years now.

One thing i'm not happy with and seeing the results i'd like be seeing is a really defined chest. in particular the lower part of my chest where you see the really cut look that makes the chest protrude and look defined.

At the moment my chest work out goes like this:

I super set flat bench press with Chin Ups.

1 set of Bench then straight into Chin Ups and then back to a set of Bench.

have a rest

and then Chin up, straight into Bench and then Chin Up, all without rest.

I do 3 sets of Cable Cross Overs.

and 3 sets of Fly's with Dumbells lying on a bench.

My upper chest is fairly big and where my chest joins my shoulder is fairly big.

How can i develop my lower chest and get my chest looking really good?

Thanks guys.

What's your BF like? When mine is higher my chest looks smaller because there's less definition between the chest and stomach but if I cut back BF then my chest looks much bigger

just train your chest and gain size overall and it will get there. No need to do any specific "lower chest" exercises, because thats just bull.

EDIT:
and do yourself a favour and get a propper routine, that doesnt look too good. search "full body workout" on this site and read up!

I agree on both accounts. You have to have a lower body fat % to really see chest definition. Also, look into full body training, get some dips in there, along with all the other great compounds.

I thought it might have meant that.

And no, i am not sure what it is sorry.

I had a quick look through the forums but couldn't really find anything extensive. Are you able to point me in the direction of a good workout?

Thanks for the help so far, much appreciated.
