How do you categorize your topic as either under Body Building or Weight Training??

I just got to thinking.. how do you correctly categorize your case between the two subforums? COz although the two dont exactly mean the same, they are very much related and one probably generally falls under the umbrella of the other..

it doesn't matter too much. the body building forum might be best for 'how do i get bigger muscles' and "how do i get ready for a competition' type questions.

hell, nutrition info can fall into this forum too if its 'geared towards a bodybuilding mentality'.

I guess think of weight lifting as 'general' info, for the 'typical' person.

If we really think it needs to be moved, we'll move it and leave a re-direct behind.
