How do I get my abs to show?

Hi, I'd like to hear advice on how to make my abs show.

Im 16 yr old guy and I've veen going to a gym for about 1 month and a half.

I spend about 1 hr in the gym every day, I work my abs out dayly (I've read that's really not necesary) and basically that's all the exercise I ever make, I don't play sports, go biking or whatever. To be honest I spend most of my time sitting in front of a computer screen :p

So my questions are ¿Should I do more cardio exercises? ¿Should I go no some sort of diet? I'm willing to do anything to make my six-pack show. Oh and Im not fat, but I don't really know what my body fat percentage is.

So any comments are welcome

You should get an estimate on your bodyfat just for progress...i use to also chart my progress in areas of growth. Anyways, the general rule is that u get your abs showing at 10% or lower. This can happen if you either lose fat or gain muscle...I find gaining muscle easier because to me, going on a diet which restricts calories is extremely hard to do consistently. Work your abs with a decline bench and a weight on your chest for resistance, once a week. Dont forget the obliques either...and if you have the time you can do the erector spinaus (sp) muscle near your spine to put more balance in your abs and have them grow as fast as possible.
