How do I get a tight body?

Hi,
How is everyone? I am not an overwight person, I just want to lose about 5-7 lbs. and really tighten up like the pictures below (I weight 126 lbs.). I eat very healthy foods and keep junk to a minimum. I know I cannot look exactly like that beacuse we all have different body types. I have been working out at the gym for a while but I just not sure how to get a really tight body like this. Do I lift heavy and fewer reps or do I lift light and a lot of reps? Thanks.

Ok on a more serious note a good fatloss program will do wonders. Something that involves circuit training in the 10-12 rep range with short rest periods. Once you have dropped the bodyfat down then I would hit the areas that you need the most work on heavier and less reps. So for the core I would do some compound moves like the sumo deadlift, and do some good core moves like planks held for 2 min at a time, weighted crunchs (on the ball once you are advanced to make it harder) reverse crunches with weight, avoid trianing the obliques. If you need to work on your butt then I would also include RDL's, stifflegged deadlifts, squats, bulgarian split squats etc. She has very skinny arms but I would still work the upper body, working the chest will lift the breasts and will also work the arms to some extent. It really depends on your particular body type, what frame you are starting with. If you had pictures of what you look like that would help greatly to figure out what areas you need to focus on to acheive that kind of shape.

Don't set yourself up for failure, make yourself small goals and achieve them, basically the Diet and workout must go hand in hand.

The diet is the hardest part for me anyway, I am to damn picky about what I eat, I need to broaden my horizons and I make that my goal as well as sticking to my routine.

I wish you luck, but that woman int eh pic, is super made up, and airbrushed, I am sure she looks nothing like that in real life, I'll take my hot little redhead wife over her anytime.
