How do i fix this issue with my calves?

I dont know what to do about them, its driving me crazy =\

First, I literally had to stare at your still picture for 10 seconds till I noticed that minor, negligible difference in your calf muscles. My biceps are differently shaped too, every left body part is slightly different from the right one.

Second, your calves are so small that it doesn't matter what they're shaped like! Start doing some calf raises man! What is this?

Third...eat.

What height and weight are you? I can imagine from your picture that the whole of you is pretty skinny and not just your calves, you need to focus on getting bigger all round so squat like crazy and eat big.

As for what to eat, lean meats and veg are a great route take. Eggs and low fat milk are other options but being as skinny as you are you could also get away with a fair amount of carbs too until you get that weight moving up.

What training do you do right now and how many calories do you consume each day? If you don't know then find out by tracking your daily intake at

6', around 132-135 lbs. I trie to run three days a week. Also i started weight seated calf raises and standing

I'd recommend starting a whole weight lifting routine.
Do squats before to calf raises, as the body will release a fair amount of growth hormone after squating.
also, don't forget that calves are muscles that recover pretty fast (around 48h) so you could work them out 2, maybe 3 times a week.
