How can I get rid of this???

I've just started working out (started two weeks ago). I do cardio and weight exercises.

The one part of my belly area is really really bugging me. That part is right directly below my ... ahem, bust. It acts like a roll of fat that just won't go away. I can't stand it. It's incredibly uncomfortable and is ... well, ugly.

Is there a sure fire way to get rid of this? Certain weight excersises? Special crunches or sit ups?

My main goal is starting to exercise is to get abs of steel so any advice regarding shaping up the tummy area are greatly appreciated!

He's right - and to add...

no there isn't anything anybody can do that will get rid of fat in any particular area, like the abdomen. A good diet and exercise program will work to reduce fat in your body - you just don't get the luxury of choosing where the fat comes from.

Again - give it some time. You didn't gain it overnight, and you can't expect it to come off overnight.
