I know it can't be exact.
but How can I Calculate how many calories im burning.
My current workout consists of treadmill mostly.
I run the treadmill for about 2 1/2 miles on 7.2 starting speed then gradually increase to 8.4 by end of the run..
then i walk a 1/2 mile on 4.5 speed
Is there anyway way I can calculate this???
