How can i burn those love handles?!!

Ok only fat i have is my love handles, they are really annoying and i cant do anything about them...

I have been running track, sometimes running after work for 3 miles 3 times a week for a few months, doing sprints, doing stairs, lifting weights, for 6 or so weeks did crunches...THEY ARE NOT GOING!!! im prety lean else where, but its just that area....

anyone had love handles that they got rid off and a good excercise to achive this goal of loosing them? How long it took to get those off.. any advice is helpful thanks.
 
keep doing cardio and drop you calories about 2-300 below your maintenance levels, and you will loose fat. spot reduction is a myth.
