How can I become like this guy?

Alright, this is a youtube video my friend videotaped of his cousin in Russia. This guy is absolutely sick and incredible. My friend said although he might not be able to lift tons of weight in the weight room, he's incredibly strong and well-developed. Please watch this video because I would like tips on how I can achieve a strong enough core and foundation on my body to be able to do some of the stuff this guy can do. Thanks!!

yo yo yo its called agressive streetwalking and you can get good at it by being a good gymnist. as in being able to coordinate your body to do flips and having good climbing skills and great coordination over all. also, jumping high needs good strong leg muscles and its good to be lean too.

you have to dedicate yourself to being great at that
 
I would think you would train for movements like these the same way as you would train for any sport specific movement. Exercises and repetition mimicking those shown in the video ie. alot of jumping, power movements, stability exercises. All to a lesser degree of course, until gradually you build up your stability, mobility, and overall strength. It's still a tough call though, since the guy in the video is doing a myriad of pretty awesome things.
 
Parkour is actually a sport and I assume like any other sport and by watching this video its more practice than anything. Get comfortable with the motions needed to perform the skills, it looks like the same training you would need for sports like snowboarding or surfing as far as the flips and turns. Of course a good strong core would be beneficial also for more ease performing the movements.

There is quite a bit of free running in the UK now. We have a massive freerunning gym in London, its basicly a mock up street with buildings and parks all covered in padding in a huge wearhouse.
