How can I add width to the biceps?

I have that look where the bicep muscle bulges upwards, and the ticep bulges downward, and in between (on the inside of the arm), it kind of caves inward. Hopefully you can understand what I'm saying here. Is there any muscle there that I can build to make it bulge outward and add more width?

Here's a hint: the shape of your muscles is determined by genetics.

Work the biceps with heavy weight and a variety of rep ranges for maximum growth. But they'll only get as wide as your genetics dictate.

Change your grip width when doing barbell curls. It will work different parts depending how wide or close your grip is.

i did curls totally wrong for the first 2 months of training, my shoulders were hurting after and i couldnt understand why my biceps wernt, make sure you use the right technique for whatever excercise you choose mate

What a coincidence! I asked exactly the same question one of the gym trainers last week. I was suggested do this version of Hammer curls.

Maybe the experts can comment.
