hello...
I have lost 60 lbs excess weight. And from my experience, if you commit to one change every month, and after the year you can able to change 12 main habits which causes you to gain weight or stopping you to lose weight. People often think losing weight is just a "Diet or exercise program" but in my point of view its a complete life changing program from your thinking, eating style, habits to sleeping. One can only get if he or she never give up and keeping trying small at least. I lost my weight that way by taking small simple steps in my everyday life and switch to healthy lifestyle. Feelings of achievement is awesome. Everyday i get appreciation from others which makes me feel so happy and fresh.... if you need motivation you can talk to me... Life is beautiful without excess weight
