How 12 changes can make your weight lose you

hello...
I have lost 60 lbs excess weight. And from my experience, if you commit to one change every month, and after the year you can able to change 12 main habits which causes you to gain weight or stopping you to lose weight. People often think losing weight is just a "Diet or exercise program" but in my point of view its a complete life changing program from your thinking, eating style, habits to sleeping. One can only get if he or she never give up and keeping trying small at least. I lost my weight that way by taking small simple steps in my everyday life and switch to healthy lifestyle. Feelings of achievement is awesome. Everyday i get appreciation from others which makes me feel so happy and fresh.... if you need motivation you can talk to me... Life is beautiful without excess weight:chillpill: :)
 
I've been dieting all my life, and yoyo effects made things even worst for me. I always wanted to lose all that weight in a month or two, and always gain even more, then the depressions start!
But something happened and I realized that i didn't gain all that weight over night, so I'm not gonna lose it either. I have to learn to change my eating styles and to be patient, and to appreciate every step, even the smallest one on this journey :)

Very very good realization.... I m happy for you... after this realization everything start changing.... I always say

Don't Lose Weight, Make Weight Lose You!!

Make yourself like that weight start getting bored and decide to leave your forever...lol:)
