The Primal Blueprint is a simple exercise plan that focuses on bodyweight and outdoors activities, so it's probably suited to your goals and needs. Here's a link to the pdf.

I've been stuck on this Primal workout philosophy, and the Primal diet stuff for about an hour now.
the no beans, bread, pasta, or rice part is a lil hard for me to get into. I love my whole wheat pita and natural PB so much. It's a staple for me.

I'm digging the plan over all though, and think I may give this a 6 mos run myself. All of my goals fit it, and it utilizes the stuff I have been creating.

Thanks Fish!

I don't agree entirely with the diet recommendations in there (in saying that, I'm yet to open a book that I do agree with entirely when it comes to either diet or exercise prescriptions), but I think the exercise plan is pretty good for those who are going from sedentary to active and won't be using a gym.
