alright im kinda pissed. i hav a good set of abs but they're ot showing up as good as i would like them to cause theres to much fat covering them. now i want to lose the fat covering them but not anywhere else. should i do stomach vacums cause i dont think they work very well.
anyway if it helps ill put up my diet please correct it if it needs it:
breakfast: porrage with chopped banana and sultanas
snack 1: yougurt
lunch: sandwhich either tuna or chicken
snack 2: either a peice of fruit or banana bread or eggs
dinner: different every night but i try to have salad with each dinner meal
desert: yougurt and fruit or just fruit
glass of milk before bed
