I have been sneaking around the forums for a while now to try and get inspiration to start losing weight. Everybody's stories and pictures have inspired me, but I always seem to give up on the first week... So I finally decided to sign up and get the guts to ask you guys some questions and get your opinions and answers on the journey that I wish to take.
My current weight is 268, My first question to you guys would have to be about the ugly stretch marks that I have, Will those disappear, or at least look unnoticeable when I lose weight? My second question is, Will I have a lot of flabby skin when I lose weight?, and if so. How do I get rid of it?
Right now my goal weight loss will start off at 20 pounds, Please throw some tips at me, answer my questions, and tell me what I should work on. Thank you for reading.
