Thanks everyone.. I want to be honest and say I have had a recent weight gain.. I totally fell on my face and was off plan for like a few months.. ugg:banghead:. I'm back up to 244 from 210.. Restarted a new eating plan recently and back on my way (yet again).. Thanks so much for the nice words..
 
:hurray: So phenomenal! Truly well done. You are virtually unrecognizable from before to after; you must feel so different, too. I hope you're enjoying the fruits of your labor. Your pics are very inspirational, thanks for posting them!
