Home Work Out

I'm 18, male, weighing at 125lbs. and am 5'9 (175cm). I've changed my diet the past few months, so I've gained some weight. Generally, my BMI is pretty low, so I'm most likely classified as underweight. I'm not looking to have a bodybuilder body, but more of a normal, toned, defined body. I'm kind of depressed that I'm so light compared to the ideal body mass for my height so I'm trying to bulk up, is there any specific suggestions for that other than more white meat, protien etc? Would meal replacement bars be good for a snack every few hours or so?

Need to get myself toned, been such a slouch lately. What are some good exercises and main points of the muscle group can I focus with just the body itself, no equipment required? I have next to no time during this college semester to go to a gym, and all my money is in my tuition.

What kind of self work outs can be preformed to tone the body? Push ups, sit ups? I'm sure there are more, it would be awesome if someone can share all types of self-work out tips. How much should be done of each? How often? Daily? Bi-daily? What's the best time? Morning? Night? How long should it last?

Until second semester comes around, I want to be able to have an average body and head to the gym... right now I feel like a stick, so very fragile. The diameter of my wrist is that of a chopstick.

Pushups "Wide/close to change muscles worked"
Elevated pushups "3 chairs are needed"
Incline pushups "a table is needed or something of equal hight to your waist"
HandStandPushups"i doubt you will be able to complete even one just yet,"
Dips
Semi dips "three chairs needed"
Crunches
Situps
Pullups
Chinups
Lunges
Squats
One leg squats

Eat more food, preferably healthy food. Protein drinks can help just make sure to keep your protein intake at a conservative level

Be patient, Genetics might have delt you a lousy hand when it comes to body composition and thus means it will likely take some time to "bulk" up some

Do those workouts one after another non stop try to go for 12 then on to the next exercise and repeat 3times or in other words 12 reps in 3 sets for each exercise "in situations where you find you are unable to complete upwards of 12 reps go for as high as you can instead"
go for one time every other day at first then when you feel you are able go for completing the routine twice every other day

If you can go get 2 dumbells and 30 pounds worth of weights this will speed up the process somewhat and their fairly cheep

last but not least remember to get lots of sleep atleast 8-9 hours and drink lots of water

Im sure you could pick up at least two nice sized dumbells of the same size. there pretty cheap, and you could do so much more with just two.
