Wow, I just did an exercise I haven't done since highschool.

And let me tell you, you want to blast your hamstrings and glutes, this is it.

GHRs or glute ham raises.

I'm going to be walking messed up for days.

Sucks to be you.

But then again, you already walk like a bow-legged tramp. HA! jk

You're going to have to find me a youtube video so I know what exactly you're talking about, so I can try that when I get back to NY.

Couple those with MR Hams, steve, and you got "Double Threats"... AWESOME workout, and can leave you dying... good post

Definitely.... both MR and GHRs are great assistance work.

My glutes are destroyed today.

that'd be really funny if he took that moment to fart...

Okay, so this is completely off-topic, but I forgot to tell you guys. Once I was in yoga class (a few months back) and when the teacher got one of the students to demonstrate the bow position because she was so good at it.

And when she got into the position, the demonstrator farted. Loudly. It was a quiet room.

Meanwhile, everyone in the class pretended not to hear it. I, on the other hand, was about to stroke out from laughter. I mean I was literally convulsing with silent giggles, tears streaming down my cheeks, scared to make a sound because I didn't want to embarrass the girl or reveal how truly immature I can be.

I finally had to get up and leave for a few minutes to laugh in the womens' bathroom.

The End.

(And I'm trying not to burst into laughter in the cube farm now over it, all over again. One of the funniest things I've ever seen in my life.)

Never tried them. They were on a video compilation on Ross' site a few days ago. Of course he was doing them with a weight vest on because it is his purpose in life to make me feel week and insignificant......

you've got way too many friends.. :D is this the girl you wrote that really lovely letter to for the book someone was doing for her?

It's all those bicep curls.

Also, I want a GHR machine at my Y so bad, but they are lame. Can't wait 'til I have access to real facilities in a bit... stuck doing hypers right now. -_- On the plus side, I'm adding like 10 lbs a week to them. It's wild.

We don't have one either... the one thing my gym is missing. Well one of the few.

I do them on the lat pulldown seat though.
