Hey all im holly im 24 from the UK and im trying to loose weight AGAIN! but this time theres a difference, im determined that this will be the last time i ever need to loose a huge amount of weight. I currently weigh roughly 258lbs and im hoping to reduce that to 168lbs. Im 5,8 and broad shouldered so i actually look like i weigh less than i actually do.
My ultimate goal is to loose 90lbs ! which is 6.4 stone! Ahh! Huge goal, but i have a plan.
With every diet ive ever done ive set a goal of 100lbs to loose and never really set any small realistic goals, so im going to try and set regular small targets.
First Goal - To loose 14lbs by Christmas which is almost 10 weeks away. With this im hoping to loose a dress size or at least drop a few inches. Ive just bought a fabric measuring tape from ebay so i'll post up my measurements once i have that and will update you all with a weigh in on a weekly basis.
How will i do it? Im going to cut my calories - but not unrealistically
and im going to use fitness equipment to my advantage - wii fit plus, hand weights, ankle weights, punch bag, yoga ball etc. Hopefully by building my cardio up to 45 mins - 1 hour per day - maybe two sessions of 30 mins each.
I need encouragement and to hear some success stories so please send me some messages of support!!
Just to mention - when i make an entry on my measurements, i'll also include a list of the meals im eating on a daily basis and if you guys would be so kind, would you please tell me where to improve on them?
