Hmmm where do i start?

Hello, im Jay
im quite lean no fat hardly. And i want to tone up, dont want to look like a body builder or anythin just want to have some muscle and be tonned up. But where do i start, i have excersize equiptment at home but what to do im lost.

I have
Set of free weights
Tredmill
Excersize Bike
Rowing Machine
AB Swing (The box says perfect abs i think not)

Any advice people

get a bench. They're only about 120 bucks for a good one and make sure you get one where you can change the incline. When you do that search for dumbell exercises on the internet and there is one that gives a full list of dumbell exercises for every body part but you need a bench for most of them. I don't have the link for that site on me but there's most likely more than one.

Well if your goal is not to get all massive, there's little you can do wrong.
My suggestion is:
Use the free weights to do moderate weight training:
curling, pressing, and such.
Utilize you other equipment regularly.
Maybe one for each day.
Or alternate with lifting days.
Make sure to make rest days where you do nothing (atleast 2 per week).
Create a schedule and you'll have yourself a routine!
Change it up every so often to keep things spicy!
