alright, like i said in another post, i've recently started a new job. i haven't been to the gym since i started at the new place
now my bf% is going up, i can literally see the difference from 2.5months ago..
SO!!! this is no good. but here's the problem: awake at 4:30AM, and lying in bed by 9PM. i get home around 4-5pm by which time I have to eat supper. Whichhhhh means the only time I could get to the gym is around 630PM. which is do-able. BUT, I find after a workout I'm wide-awake, there's no way I can sleep right after one.
so, is there some sort of "downer" i could take to make myself tired after a workout? besides sleeping pills and booze? HAHA. I can't really see going to bed even earlier (7pm or so) so that i could hit the gym before going to work. although maybe that's what it will come down to, i dunno!
((shrugs!))
sorry for the long read, i just needed to get it out, i don't know what to do, i'm seeing my tone just disappear!!
