HI i made a chart that can really help people with their bodybuilding/cutting and some general info. in the chart where it says BASAL you should put your basal heart rate. How to measure it? ok use any heart rate monitor when you wake up don`t move or do a thing just relax as you will do during sleeping time, make an averrage for example mine is 49-50-52 averrage : 50.3. then the MAX is your maximun heart rate. How to measure it? well i do it running as fast my body does and ir registered 198, or there is another way 220-(your age) mine would be 202. i hope this can help you guys i would like you to leave me some feedback about it..
