Hey guys -
I've been MIA - summer started, kids out of school, familiy visits and stuff - but I'm still eating as clean as possible and exercising! YAY me!
Anyway, I've got a hip (right side) that's still giving me trouble when I run. I've tried 3 different tennis shoes (all mine) and I'm starting to think it's not the shoes. It's me. I'm getting old I guess.....
I can't complete 2 miles anymore!! The pain hits me at about the 1.5 mile mark. Then I limp the rest of the way home and it's frustrating.
Other than shaking my bootie and doing hip swivels - I don't know any other way to strengthen up that area. I don't have access to a gym - I own stretchy bands, a 3.3 lb. dumbbells and a jumprope.
Any ideas on what else I could do guys?
