Congrats on your weight loss so far, and that dress you posted is adorable.

Have you tried to drink tea? If not, that may be a way for you to get a bit more water without feeling like you just have to drink straight water!

Thanks! :D I am going crazy with the DDR, but that's because even though it's monononus (sp?) it's a tons more fun then to be out walking or anything like that... So yaaaay for DDR cardio! lol

So true, so true about the fashion.... and since it's much harder to change the fashion and such, it's better just to work at one self and hope that once ya loose all the weight the clothes will look wonderful on ya.

Thanks a buch! I'm doing rather well with the weight loss so it's not so hard to keepm oneself motivated. And that dress in a huge motivation. :)

And about the tea.... I really don't like it.... I don't drink it and I don't drink coffee either... I can't stande the taste of either. :ack2: Would be nice if I DID like tea... ooh the possibilities of changing the flavour and whatever.
But I don't... so I just have to try and find some other subsitute, and just continue to drink my water until I do.
 
Third week....

Sooooo... the third weel is over. Yaaaay~

I’ve managed to loose 2,2 lbs this week, which is great. A bit funny though, my weight loss thus far have been 5,5 , 3,3 and now 2,2. lol I hope that next week isn’t just a 1,1 loss, but if the trend continues that’s how it’ll look.

So I’ve been slacking of a little during this week, not doing as much DDR as last week, but still 240 minutes so it’s ok. I had my first over 1100 combo last week! That’s like over 6 songs in a row without missing a step!! I got so frustrated when I missed the arrow so I lost the combo, and my concentration flew right out the window with the lost combo. Lol

Other then that it’s been a rather uneventful week... I almost caved in and bought an ice cream... but when I checked the calories it just wasn’t worth it, so I resisted! Yaay me and my current willpower!

Been battling with the munchies for pizza as well... but that’s common for me when I’m trying to eat better. :rolleyes: I just deal with it... I will have some when I’ve reached 155 though. Gonna be a homemade one though, so that I can control how many calories there’s in it. I know I should have food as reward, but once in a while I am going to eat ‘bad’ stuff, I just have to make sure I don’t fall back into my old habits. And anyway... that pizza is currently like 30 lbs away so... no pizza yet for a while.

I have a bit of a battle with food ahead though, my mom and dad’s birthdays are coming up... they celebrate their b-days in the same week... more or less... anyway, the third of may my mom is going to have her ‘party’ and there’ll be everything I shouldn’t eat there... cookies, cake, bad food, sodas, chips, candy...... it’s going to be horrible... I’ll try my best to resist most of it though... and not eat in the way I usually do, taking more of everything even though I’m not hungry...

Oh well... it’s still almost 2 weeks away.

Going to be a lot of extra workout the week after that Saturday.... wonder when dad’s gonna have his party? Oh well, he’ll tell me eventually, or my sis will tell me. My family have a tendency to forget to tell me things for some reason... *shrugs* Oh well.

That’s my ramble for now... and all this writing about food has made me hungry so I think I’ll head of and have some breakfast.

You know what you could do Hikara, is ask your mother if she can make a platter of veggis with a dip...so than you have something ...
but if you cheat, dont beat yourself up, after your done with the bdays, just jump bad on the band wagon ..dont feel too bad, dont beat yourself up ...

but I am back ... this weekend I wont be on, because I will be with my dad ...visiting ...

but I shall be back Sunday night ..Saturday I wont be around, unless I can coax my sister to give me her laptop for a moment lol

Like nataliejo said, ask for a veggie dip! Or put some healthier crackers by the chips.. you could even bring the "healthy" food selection to the party, just ask your mom to leave room on the table! As far as cake and whatnot goes, it's okay to have a little bit. It's a birthday party for crying outloud! Just factor that into your daily calories before you go so that you don't overeat before hand :)
