HIIT While Bulking?

I was wondering if i should do hit 2 or 3 times a week on the days im not doing weight training, so i can keep fit.

Will HIIT effect my bulking? should i eat more on the days i do HIIT?
 
Doing a little cardio during your bulking fase is always a good idea.

-It keeps you in shape so when you start cutting you'll be in great shape and the cutting won't take as much time since you can burn massive calories doing HIIT

-It's very healthy

-It's helps keep your fat percantage a bit lower.

Wouldn't recommend doing more than twice a week though.
 
Ok thanks ill do it 2 times a week. Should i eat more on the days i do HIIT? Oh and what should i eat after doing HIIT?
