HIIT treadmill problems

Hey everyone,

The treadmills at my gym only have manual controls, where I would have to change the speed every 30 seconds from extreme high to low, which would be both time-expanding and annoying!

Would someone be able to give me a remedy to this?

OR

Would I be able to do HIIT on a stationary bike? Is it as effective as running?

HIIT on a bike is almost as good as it can even induce some muscle growth if pedal resistance is high enough and your even more likely to go harder as biking is easier than running...maybe try an outdoors sprinting session as well
 
How would I do it on the elliptical?

I've never used one before! I don't want to look like a total moron haha...

could you explain junkfood? this burns fat as effectively as running HIIT?
