I currently go to college, so i go to the school gym. I was wondering if an all out sprint (200 m) then walking (200 m) would be interval training or HIIT. The sprinting part is hard (especially the last 100 m).... does anyone know of something that can keep track of your heart rate? (That I can wear on my wrist)
