High reps for once.

I have always done in the rep range of 4-15 for all my exercises and have been following the shotgun method for about 15 weeks now. I feel this routine is becoming to easy and that i should change to a new one to trick my body some. Any ideas on a good high rep routine like 20+ reps per set. its monday and i head to the gym in a hour so any suggestions on how to start would be good.

example of what i would do i guess would be.

flat bench 4 sets of 50? incline bench 4 sets of 50? military press 4 sets of 50? skull crushers 4 sets 50, tri rope pull downs 4 sets 50. 4 sets 50 hammer curls 4 sets 50 standard curls. This example is pretty sketchy but just what i am interested in doing, something with high reps ;)

SM, how long were you in your current routine? And, the previous routine before this current one?

Additionally, if your goal is to gain mass, are you "eating like this is the purpose?" Have you determined how much fat accumulation you could tolerate within this goal path? Come on, a small bit is inevitable being anabolic with the diet to a reasonable extent.

You eating habits and the stimulant in the gym "must be" adjoined as one, and it is as simple as this.

If you are interested in a program that utilizes a 20 rep scheme (or close there to), increases intensity, and may reduce time in the gym (in one session), and be less frequent (as compared to your past), then Google DC training, and read on it.

I finished developing a a modified version of it. It suggests not to do 15 second RP's for squats (and in my case the Front Squat), but I think its best I do, and I can handle it. I KNOW I can. And, this will involve 20 reps over 4 RP's.

Read on it young man. Mean while, take the time to research, you have so much "good" information at your figure tips, young man. USE IT.

Best wishes
