I have always done in the rep range of 4-15 for all my exercises and have been following the shotgun method for about 15 weeks now. I feel this routine is becoming to easy and that i should change to a new one to trick my body some. Any ideas on a good high rep routine like 20+ reps per set. its monday and i head to the gym in a hour so any suggestions on how to start would be good.

example of what i would do i guess would be.
flat bench 4 sets of 50? incline bench 4 sets of 50? military press 4 sets of 50? skull crushers 4 sets 50, tri rope pull downs 4 sets 50. 4 sets 50 hammer curls 4 sets 50 standard curls. This example is pretty sketchy but just what i am interested in doing, something with high reps
