Hi all,
After being directed over here to look at the HIIT posts I have to say Im quite excited about trying it!
Just one question, I have a three flight staircase near my apartment, if I ran up it as fast as possible and then walked down it (say 10-15 reps) would this qualify as HIIT? Or should it always be done on the flat ground?
