sandbag clean and presses / swings / oh toss / turkish get ups / burpees with push ups and clean and press or just some of them / walking lunges
i go you go with partners i.e 1 rep for person 1 then 1 rep person 2 etc untill they can't match each other
l sits are hard for time...maybe have everyone do holds for total time say 30secs and make it a race i.e set 1 - 8secs...set 2 - 6secs...set 3 5 secs...set 4 - 5secs...set 5 - 6 secs...you'd reset for 5secs or so between sets
split into 2 teams and do deck of cards where you allocate an exercise to each suit and whatever number and suit comes up that's what the whole group does...i.e spades - push ups..clubs - sit ups...hearts - squats...diamonds - pull ups...face cards can either be higher numbers or harder exercises for les reps...aces can be the same but harder as there is only 2 of them...keep jokers in and the first joker turned over is double what you just did and the second joker turned over is rest or something...so it doesn' take all day maybe take out 2, 3, 4's
tababat method - 4mins doing 20secs as hard as you can then 10secs rest...can do with almost any exercise you can think of and is hard if done properly
