Thanks for the replies guys...see I started working out in late June at my local LA Fitness.Prior to this I literally do not exercise except when I have school PE.Now that I'm a Junior and PE isn't mandatory...I don't do it anymore. I think i'm relatively skinny because i'm 5'8 and weigh in at 138 lbs but there is the fat on my stomach(don't no how much).My ultimate goal like stated before is to have flattened-toned/six pack abs stomach but not BULKY...just slim and toned.What do you recommend me to do in terms of cardio activities, weight training, and dieting?And can you be very detailed in your responses?I don't have necessary have a time frame.
