Thank you very much for the welcome
The removed statement was a recognision of people in this forum to critise my philosophies and thats the beauti of debate

. Tips was bit of a silly word to use on my account. I should of used philosophies and if could take it back I would.
When I meant exercise I do not make it very clear. Exercise can include activity like walking and not following a sedendary lifestyle (walking rather than taking the car, etc) and its effects on hormones.
Point 7) wasn't actually clear either and a little bit general. It was meant be about Amino acids and fats not having long term storage capabilities (being pushed into fat) and a maintence of the hormone insulin which it a major player in this area. I will hunter the forum for that thread and put it there eventually.
My tips (lets use philosophies, sorry for the word tips) come from a fellow called Dr Michael Colgan. He is a guy who has spent his life life working on areas of fat loss, hormonal health, anti-aging, sport preformance, Neurogenesis, nutrition and other forms of prevention of degenerative diseases. He is internationally recognised and recommended by top universities, fellow professionals and doctors. He takes no prisoners when it comes to issues on health he does. A lot of his information is free to view by anyone or with very minimum costs (like 50p or something) and with references to boot. I also like to read from pauling linus who was regard as one of the top 20 scientist that ever lived but the orthomulecular work was put down by conversative scientists in the field of medicine, big shame

. Also I like the opinions of Dr Walter Willets Fredrick John Stare Professor of Epidemiology and Nutrition in his book.
Titles and name are irrelevant really. Weight loss was a personal issue. 18 stone when I was 15 years old, 22 years old and now eleven stone.
