Hi,
Im not new to weight loss, ive had issues with my weight all my life. But i am new to this forum.
I truely feel like i can kick it this time, something about me feels different mentally and physically.
I am 22 years old, I currently weigh around 187. (I havent weighed myself in a couple of weeks. It sometimes puts me in a bad mood so i only weigh myself when i can handle what the scale says.) Im going to weigh myself as little as i can and try and use my clothing as a scale.
Ive been pretty good with exercise my problem is doing it while eating healthy. Since i got my dog 15 months ago, i take walks, ride a bike, and rollerblade, recently i have been riding my bike with him around 7am.
I plan to excerise again at around 8pm. Last night i rode my rollerblades and my husband rode his bike with the dog.
