I'm Kate, a 21 year old Geography student from England. I've always struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. Like most people i've done various diets and detox's, none of them have suited me and i've fallen off the wagon pretty swiftly! So it's time for a life change.
I currently weigh 207 pounds, my lightest weight was 3 years ago at 177 pounds. I'm never going to be an uber skinny minnie, its not in my genes or bone structure, but i'd like to get down to 168 ish. I'm not sure if that's an appropriate weight for my height (5ft 8)? I'm not really sure how to start, but i've done a weekly meal plan and am planning on walking and cycling a lot more - does anyone have any suggestions for a newbie?
I hope I can meet new people through this, share hints and tips and finally kick the uni lifestyle!
