My name is Jodi and I have been doing cardio 5-7 days a week since January. I have lost 20lbs with lots more to go. I would like to start lifting weights at the gym I belong to. A personal trainer is not in the budget for me and I just don't know where to start. I don't know which machines to use, how often, etc. Everything I read online says something different. I was hoping this site might help me find some good information on some type of weight lifting routine. It is overwhelming and so I just been avoiding it.
