Hi, new here

Hi I’m new here and I’ve never had any kind of weight loss journal before but I’m hoping that by keeping one I can keep myself on track. A little about myself:
I am 20 years old and I currently weigh 176 pounds this is the heaviest I have ever been. I have been at this weight for almost a year now and I finally decided it’s time to get back in shape. I want to be and feel healthy and I want to be able to fit into cute clothes and be comfortable in them.

I feel like I have an advantage because I have already started to exercise and I love working out so that might not be a problem the only problem for me is changing the way I eat. Hopefully by keeping this journal I can stay motivated and on track and reach my goal. Well i'll start tomorrow and i'll try to keep my journal updated.

hi there, welcome! i'm 20 also, and i just started a food diary on here yesterday! what kind of workouts do you do; my problem is that i always lose motivation to go to the gym so maybe I can help you out with eating and you can help me out with working out haha. Good luck with your day!! xoxo
